Christmas scavenger hunts are a fun way to lead your family to a huge gift like a trip or to use as a fun activity for Christmas Eve. These free printable Christmas scavenger hunt clues make it easy! My sister and I used these Christmas scavenger hunt clues to lead my parents to a surprise trip to St. Martin. We hid little clues of what the ultimate gift was at each location that the cards led them to. These free printable holiday scavenger hunt clues are for an indoor scavenger hunt although a few of them could be used outdoors too if you want. There are 16 scavenger hunt clues so you can use them all or pick the ones you like most.

How To Use The Free Printable Christmas Scavenger Hunt Clues

  1. Print out the Christmas scavenger hunt cards onto white cardstock or paper.
  2. If you’re leading someone through a series of gifts that you want to be in order, write the number order on the back of the cards to keep track.
  3. Now hide each card with or without a gift at the locations on the scavenger hunt cards.
  4. Keep the first one out to start the fun.
  5. Give the first card to the person or people doing the scavenger hunt game.
  6. They will then follow the clues to the end of the game, guessing what each clue card represents.
