How To Make The Holiday Christmas Bark

Equipment You’ll Need For Xmas Chocolate Bark:

  • Large Bowl
  • Small Bowl
  • Spatula
  • Piping Bag
  • Ziplock Bag
  • Cookie Sheets
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients You’ll Need To Make Christmas Bark Candy:

Step-By-Step Process For Making Gingerbread Xmas Bark

1. Put the ginger snap cookies in a zipper bag and break the cookies into crumbs and small pieces.

2. Melt the milk chocolate wafers in the microwave at 30-second intervals. Stir at the end of each interval to help the chocolate melt evenly. You want this to be just melted. If it gets too hot, it won’t set up properly.

3. In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate wafers following the same steps as above.

4. Put the white chocolate in a piping bag and cut a small hole at the tip. This will help to drizzle the white chocolate in a cute pattern on the chocolate bark.

5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

6. Pour the milk chocolate on the cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and spread to make an even layer.

7. Before the milk chocolate sets, drizzle the white chocolate across it chocolate in a cute pattern that gives gingerbread man vibes. You can make swirls and squiggly lines however you like.

8. Quickly add the gingerbread man sprinkles evenly all over the chocolate before it begins to set.

9. Place the gingerbread man candy decorations randomly on the chocolate and sprinkle on the ginger snap cookie crumbs.

10. Let the chocolate bark solidify in the fridge for 10 mins.

11. Once the chocolate has hardened, break the bark into large pieces. You can do this with your hands or with a meat mallet.

12. Serve and Enjoy!

Note:

*If your parchment paper doesn’t stay in place. Pipe small dots of white chocolate under the paper so it will stick to the cookie sheet and stay still.

*If you want more pieces you can break the bark into smaller pieces than I have.
