Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour the milk chocolate on the cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and spread to make an even layer.
Before the milk chocolate sets, drizzle the white chocolate across it chocolate in a cute pattern that gives gingerbread man vibes. You can make swirls and squiggly lines however you like.
Quickly add the gingerbread man sprinkles evenly all over the chocolate before it begins to set.
Place the gingerbread man candy decorations randomly on the chocolate and sprinkle on the ginger snap cookie crumbs.
Let the chocolate bark solidify in the fridge for 10 mins.
Once the chocolate has hardened, break the bark into large pieces. You can do this with your hands or with a meat mallet.
