Ingredients For North Pole Pretzels

How to Make Cute North Pole Pretzels for Christmas
Prep the molds – Clean your molds and let them air dry completely.
Melt the white chocolate – Heat in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds at a time until smooth, stirring in between intervals. Pour into a tall cup for dipping.

Dip the pretzels – Tilt the cup at a 90° angle and dip each pretzel rod about ¾ of the way in. Gently scrape off excess chocolate and place on parchment paper. Let them harden for 8–10 minutes.

Make the tops of the North Poles – Add leftover melted white chocolate to a piping bag. Reheat briefly if needed. Pipe into the largest circle of your pearl mold and freeze for 3 minutes. Repeat until you have one for each pretzel.

Add the red stripes – Melt red chocolate, transfer to a piping bag, and snip a small hole. Pipe short diagonal lines from top to bottom to create candy cane-style stripes. Let dry for 6 minutes.

Make the bows – Fill the bow mold with red chocolate and freeze for 3 minutes. Repeat until you have enough for all your pretzels.

Assemble the poles – Pipe a small dot of melted chocolate at the top of each pretzel to attach the round pearl for the top of the North Pole. Pipe another dot just below to attach the red bow. Let dry for 3 minutes.

Equipment
- 2 Microwave Safe Bowls
- 1 Bow Mold
- Parchment Paper
Ingredients
- 8 Pretzel Rods
- 6 Oz White Candy Melts
- 3 Oz Red Candy Melts
Instructions
- Clean your molds and let them sit to the side to air dry.
- Melt the White chocolate melts in a microwave safe bowl for 30 second at a time, until its all completely melted. Then pour the melted Chocolate into a tall cup.
- Tilt the cup to a 90 degree angle and dip the pretzel rod into the chocolate. make sure at least 3 quarters(3/4) of the rod is covered, then take the pretzel out of the cup and scrape off any excess chocolate.
- Place the pretzel on sheet of parchment paper. Repeat these steps for each pretzel. Let them sit for 8-10 minutes to harden.
- Put the left over melted white chocolate in a piping bag and cut a small hole on the tip. Reheat the chocolate for 15-30 seconds in the microwave if it has started to harden.
- Now pipe the chocolate into the largest circle or the 2 largest circles in the pearl mold. Place it in the freezer for 3 minutes to solidify. Repeat this step until you have enough circles for each pretzel rod.
- Melt the red chocolate melts following the melting instructions above. Place the red chocolate in a piping bag and cut small or medium size hole on the tip. Cut the hole according to the size you want your stripes.
- Starting from the top of the pretzel rod pipe a Short diagonal line across the pretzel. Continue making short diagonal lines down the pretzel rod until you reach the end of the white chocolate. Repeat for each pretzel and let them sit for 6 minutes to set.
- Use the remaining red chocolate to fill in the largest or 2 largest bows in the mold. Place the mold in the freezer for 3 minutes to harden. Repeat this step until you have enough bows for each pretzel rod.
- Using either the white or red melting chocolate, Pipe a circle at the very top of the pretzel poles and place the round chocolate pieces on top of them. This will represent the lights at the top of the poles.
- Right below the lights, pipe another small circle chocolate and place the bows on top of it. Let the poles sit for 3 minutes to dry.
