Just download the free PDF below.
Open the PDF and you’ll see a light colored box at the bottom. This is where you can enter your custom text.
Type in whatever name or message you want. If the text isn’t centered try backspacing or hitting the space bar a few times to line it up.
Print out on cardstock, cut them out and attach them to your treat bags for the first day of school.
Using a hole punch for the string hole is the easiest, but if you don’t have one you can just poke your scissors through that area to make a hole.
