This strawberries and cream fudge is perfect for any occasion if you cut it into squares or make the heart shapes like I did in this recipe and give it as a Valentine’s Day treat!

My favorite occasions I’ve used this strawberry swirl fudge for are: a girl baby shower, a Barbie birthday party, and a Valentine’s Day bake sale.

The combination of the white chocolate and the sweetened condensed milk make it so rich and creamy! And the freeze-dried strawberries add a pretty pink color without artificial food coloring. If you love fudge with condensed milk, you’ll also love my Christmas Swirl Fudge.

Equipment You’ll Need For The Strawberry Fudge

  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Blender/Coffee Grinder/Food Processor
  • 5 Quart Sauce Pan
  • Spatula
  • Parchment Paper
  • 9×9 Inch Pan
  • Small Heart Cookie Cutter If you want to cut them into hearts

Ingredients You’ll Need For The Strawberry Fudge Recipe

How To Make The Easy Strawberry Fudge

1. Grind the freeze-dried strawberries using a coffee grinder, food processor, or blender. Leave some pieces chunky for more texture. Place them to the side for later.

2. Grease the sides of a 9×9 inch pan with butter and then line the bottom with parchment paper. Use a sheet of parchment paper large enough that it hangs over the sides. This will help when removing the fudge later.

3. Melt the white chocolate, condensed milk, butter, and vanilla in a saucepan on medium heat. Stir the mixture continuously so it doesn’t stick to the pan.

4. When the mixture is completely melted and combined, pour 2/3 of it into the 9×9 inch pan.

5. Quickly pour the crushed freeze-dried strawberries into the fudge that still remains in the bowl. Use a spatula to fold in the freeze-dried strawberries until it is all combined.

6. Use the spatula to put scoops of the strawberry fudge in random places in the pan on top of the vanilla fudge.

7. Use a toothpick or knife to create swirls and lines through the fudge to give it a marble effect.

8. Place the chunky or whole pieces of freeze-dried strawberries on top of the strawberries and cream fudge for decoration.

9. Place the pan in the fridge. Let the fudge solidify in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight.

10. When the fudge is solid, use the two ends of the parchment to help release the strawberries and cream fudge from the pan.

11. Use the heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the fudge hearts.

12. Place the hearts on a platter to Serve and Enjoy.

Notes:

-These are best when fresh but can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for a week.

-We’re not wasting any delicious strawberry fudge here. To make use of the scraps, you can cut around the open heart shapes to make a square with an open heart in the center to serve. Or if you’re like me, you’ll just eat the scrap pieces yourself 🙂
