Naughty Or Nice Christmas Game (FREE Printable)

This free printable Christmas game will have everyone at your holiday party laughing.

I was inspired to make this printable Christmas game because we always like to play games at our family Christmas party.

We used to exchange gifts, but as our family grew, we decided to start playing games where everyone has a chance get a prize.

How To Play The Naughty Or Nice Christmas Game

1. Print off a copy of the Naughty or Nice game for each person.
2. Everyone marks off the nice things they’ve done this year and the naughty things they’ve done this year.
3. Then each person totals the nice column and naughty column to see if they’re more naughty or nice.
4. You can give small prizes to the ones with more nice items checked off and penalties to the ones with more naughty items checked off.

Nice List Prize Ideas

• Candy Canes – A classic sweet treat to hand out to the “Nice” winners.
• Holiday Scented Candles – Small candles in holiday scents like pine, cinnamon, or peppermint.
• Christmas Cookies – A beautifully wrapped cookie or small pack of cookies as a reward.
• Hot Chocolate Pack – A packet of hot cocoa mix with mini marshmallows and a candy cane stirrer.
• Mini Ornaments – Cute ornaments for their Christmas tree.
• Gift Cards – Small $5 gift cards to coffee shops or bookstores.
• Santa Hat or Reindeer Antlers – A fun holiday accessory to wear with pride.
• Christmas-Themed Socks – Cozy and holiday socks as a “Nice” prize.
• Snowflake Stickers or Holiday Pins – Cute pins or stickers with Christmas themes.
• Holiday Mug – A holiday mug for their hot beverages.

Naughty List Penalty Ideas

• Sing a Christmas Carol – The “naughty” people have to sing a verse of a Christmas song.
• Wear a Funny Hat – Make the “naughty” players wear a silly holiday hat (e.g., a huge Santa hat, elf ears, or reindeer antlers) for the rest of party.
• Do a Holiday Dance – Ask the “naughty” people to do a funny dance.
• Wrap a Gift (Blindfolded) – As a fun challenge, make them wrap a small gift while blindfolded.
• Speak in “Elf Talk” – For the rest of the party, the naughty players must speak in a high-pitched “elf” voice.
• Elf Poop, Reindeer Poop, Snowman Poop – This is a good one if you want to give a gift, but make it seem like a penalty.  Give them these funny sweet treats of M&Ms, Whoppers, and marshmallows with the funny little poem on these bag toppers.
• Decorate a Cookie… with a Catch – They have to decorate a holiday cookie, but with their non-dominant hand.
• Give a Holiday Compliment – They must give a holiday-themed compliment to everyone in the room.
• Do a Random Act of Kindness – Before the day is over, the naughty players have to do one random act of kindness (like helping clean up or doing dishes).
• Lump Of Coal – Give a lump of coal candy or make some lump of coal cookies to give as a “penalty”.  These bag toppers make them extra cute.
