Equipment

  • 1 Measuring Cup
  • 2 Plastic Gloves
  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Parchment Paper

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 24 Oreo Cookies crushed in food processor
  • ¼ cup crushed Oreo cookies for rolling about 6
  • 6 Oreo Cookies - halved and broken in half
  • 24 Candy eyeballs

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Start by opening the 6 oreo cookies, and removing the cream filling. Then break them in half. These will be your wings. Set them aside.
  • Next, add 24 oreos to a food processor and crush to crumbs. Measure out ¼ cup and set aside.
  • Add the remainder to a medium bowl and beat the Oreo crumbs and cream cheese together.
  • Roll into 12 balls using plastic gloves.
  • Roll the balls into the reserved ¼ cup of cookie crumbs. Set on the baking sheet.
  • Gently press one oreo half into each side of the ball to make the wings.
  • Add two eyeballs in the front.
  • Chill for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.

Notes

When breaking the Oreos for the wings, if any don't turn out right, you can use them to crush for coating the Oreo balls.
