Ingredients

  • 1 c unsalted butter softened
  • 1 ¼ c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ c cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 c flour
  • 1 c sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare baking sheets with parchment or non-stick spray.
  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Add eggs, yolks, vanilla, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add flour, mixing until dough forms.
  • Roll dough into balls, coat with sprinkles, flatten slightly.
  • Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
  • Cool and enjoy!

Notes

Storage: Keep in an airtight container up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
