Easy Fall Cookies With Sprinkles

Ingredients
- 1 c unsalted butter softened
- 1 ¼ c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ c cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 c flour
- 1 c sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare baking sheets with parchment or non-stick spray.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, yolks, vanilla, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add flour, mixing until dough forms.
- Roll dough into balls, coat with sprinkles, flatten slightly.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool and enjoy!
