Pour the ground cinnamon into the bowl of sugar and mix them together.
Lay the tortillas on a flat surface like a cutting board. Then use the heart cookie cutter to cut out heart shape pieces. Place hearts as close together as possible to maximize the amount of chips you can get from each tortilla.
Put the heart tortillas on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Melt the butter and put it in a small bowl.
Add 2-3 Drops of oil based red candy coloring and mix it.
Using a pastry brush, paint the tops of the heart tortillas until completely covered. Let the color sit for 2-3 minutes then repeat on the other side.
Place the heart in the air fryer, try not to over lap too many tortillas at a time. Fry them on 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
Immediately after taking the chips out of the air fryer, place the chips in the cinnamon sugar mix. Be sure to cover both sides of the chips.
Put your chocolate melts in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir the chocolate and then put it back in the microwave on 15 second intervals until they are melted.
Put the melted chocolate in a piping bag, secure the end and cut a small hole on the front tip. If you don't have a piping bag, you can use a sandwich bag, but you'll need to cut the tiniest hole possible.
Drizzle zigzag lines across each heart chip.
