Everything Bagel Mini Cream Cheese Balls
Mini cream cheese balls flavored with everything bagel seasoning and perfectly sized for crackers.
Servings 24 Cheese Balls
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 C Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 C Pecans or Walnuts (chopped) plus extra for rolling (optional)
- 1 Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a small bowl, until mixed well.
- Form cheese mixture into 1-inch balls (or size them for your crackers), and arrange on a platter.
- You can roll the mini cheese balls in more chopped nuts to coat them if you'd like.
- Chill for at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
- Serve with crackers, pretzel sticks, etc.
