Easy Dipped Cheesecake Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 1 Pint Strawberries
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Strawberry Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Cup Chopped Nuts

Instructions

  • Allow the cream cheese to sit on the counter to soften for 1 hour. This will allow it to soften and be easier to mix.
  • Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and yogurt in a bowl.
  • Clean and dry the strawberries.
  • Carefully dip each strawberry into the cheesecake mixture.
  • Roll in chopped nuts. Feel free to try different kinds of nuts like almonds, peanuts, or cashews.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

You can also get creative with the toppings to roll the strawberries in.  Try sprinkles or mini chocolate chips!
