Place a sheet of parchment paper on your work surface.
Unroll the licorice wheels to make ropes. Cut the licorice ropes into 1-inch pieces and set aside.
Carefully separate the Oreo with the filling on one side.
Place four licorice legs on each side of the Oreo and gently press into the filling to keep them secured. These will be the spider legs. Each Oreo should have eight legs.
Replace the top half of the cookie and gently press into place.
Use the black icing to dab two spots for the eye balls toward the front of the Oreos. Be careful not to make them too big, or the icing will squish out when the candy eyes are placed.
Place the candy eyes and gently press them into place.

Store the Spider Oreos in an airtight container for up to one week.
